Fury-Wilder to be staged in November or December - Warren

Frank Warren says Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder will do battle for the WBC world heavyweight title in November or December.

Wilder was ringside at Windsor Park on Saturday to watch former world champion Fury ease to a points victory over Francesco Pianeta.

The American and Fury squared up after a one-sided bout in Belfast and confirmed they will put their unbeaten records on the line in an eagerly anticipated fight.

Warren, Fury's promoter, revealed the fight will "probably" be staged in Las Vegas later this year.

"All of the terms are agreed," he told BBC Radio 5 live. "We're working at the moment on the date and the venue.

"We have another unification match with Josh Warrington and Carl Frampton and we don't want a clash on those two dates. One of those fights will be in November, and one will be in December."

Warren said a "50-50" purse split has been agreed and Fury would be happy to fight in Wilder's homeland.

"Tyson is not fazed by boxing abroad. It doesn't bother him." said Warren.

"He went to Germany, [Wladimir] Klitschko's backyard, and came away with the prize and he's confident of doing the same to Wilder."
